Renovation of a commercial building into office space

Transformation of a commercial building into office spaces accommodating approximately fifty employees across two floors. The project included administrative and executive offices, collaborative and common areas, conference rooms, washrooms, and a cafeteria.

A thorough analysis of the company’s operational requirements helped define the specific needs of each department, allowing the spaces to be organized in a way that is functional, efficient, and tailored to daily operations. The concept was developed to reflect the company’s vision and identity while maintaining a strong sense of cohesion throughout the workplace.

The project was conceived to balance operational performance with quality of space, creating an optimized environment where efficiency and aesthetics coexist naturally. From the initial analysis and conceptual design through planning and execution, every stage was approached with rigor, clarity, and strategic intent.
