New home construction

Our role was to revise and enhance the original house plans in order to maximize the building footprint and better adapt the residence to its site. The objective was to respond to the unique needs of a family with unconventional expectations and a highly individual way of living.

We completely reimagined the structure and organization of the residence to unlock its full potential, developing each space with a distinct identity and atmosphere.

From a grand living room inspired by the moody and theatrical ambiance of Harry Potter, to a generously proportioned kitchen and back kitchen featuring two islands designed to create strong visual impact, each area was conceived as a complete experience without compromise.

The project is defined by bold and expressive design gestures intended to leave a lasting impression. From spatial planning and concept development to the production of technical drawings, every aspect of the residence was designed to fully embody the clients’ vision and personality.
