Restaurant renovation

The objective of this project was the complete renovation of an existing restaurant space to accommodate the relocation of Rôtisserie de l’As. As the original kitchen no longer met the operational needs of the new ownership, the entire layout was reconfigured to support the evolution of the concept and establish a renewed identity for the restaurant.

Originally focused primarily on takeout service, the space was transformed to include a dining area accommodating approximately 50 seats while maintaining strong operational efficiency for takeout and delivery services. The layout was carefully planned to ensure fluid circulation and optimize day-to-day operations.

Developed from the ground up, the concept established a cohesive and distinctive visual identity aligned with the experience the restaurant aimed to offer. The project was designed to create an atmosphere that feels warm, refined, and timeless.
