New condominium interior planning

This project involved the complete planning and design development of a newly built condominium unit purchased pre-construction. The objective was to establish a comprehensive vision for the space, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, wine cellar, bedrooms, bathrooms, office, and walk-in closet.

The mandate covered the entire process — from assisting the clients in their coordination with the builder, to optimizing the layout and selecting materials and furnishings — with the goal of creating a cohesive environment thoughtfully tailored to their lifestyle.

The design approach sought to preserve a strong urban aesthetic defined by clean lines, modernity, and character, highlighting the raw expression of the concrete and the building’s existing structural framework, both of which became central elements of the overall concept.
